Nigeria · Reservoir to market
An indigenous Nigerian energy group operating the full value chain: subsurface evaluation, drilling, gas processing, CNG, and marine logistics — turning E&P assets into revenue.
The Funtay chain
Funtay runs its solution in-house end to end, where the timeline and cost are optimised.
Subsurface review, asset maturation and development concepts.
Rig operations, workover, well testing and start-up.
Early production facilities, gas processing, CNG or LNG.
Crude handling, marine logistics and gas transport.
Offtake structuring, gas-to-power and industrial customers.
Why Funtay
Where others see unproductive assets, we see production upside. Our model is a non-conventional phased development and a shorter path to first oil.
Owned rigs for workover, re-entry, fishing and completions.
Gas supply capacity by virtual pipeline solutions.
Gas processing plants in the Niger Delta.
Upstream, midstream, downstream and power.
Capabilities
Drilling support, well testing, completions and production operations.
Modular well processing and production facilities built for rapid deployment.
Gas conditioning, liquids recovery and compressed gas for industrial offtake.
Evacuation, storage and marine handling as an alternative to pipelines.
Modular refining routes that place value closer to the wellhead.
Embedded generation and gas supply for industrial users and clusters.
Front-end engineering and delivery management from concept to handover.
Re-engineering the development case for marginal fields or fields with difficult economics.
Qualified Nigerian technical crews for sustained field operations.
Clients
A selection of the operators, majors and industrial customers we have delivered for.

Services
Each line stands on its own and they are routinely combined on a single asset — the reason Funtay can take a field from first rig to first offtake.
Efficient drilling, EPF services and project management across the energy value chain — focused on monetising hydrocarbon assets from exploration through processing and evacuation.
Reservoir-to-market gas solutions — CNG or LNG through to gas-to-power — for cleaner, more efficient commercialisation of Nigeria’s gas.
Conversion of cars, buses, trucks and tricycles to CNG as a low-cost, cleaner fuel — with conversion centres, kits and full after-sales behind it.
Gas-fired generation for real estate, industry and under-served areas — harnessing Nigeria’s gas reserves to close the power gap where the grid falls short.
Cost-effective marine and logistics for onshore and offshore producers — moving crude from land and swamp assets to offshore terminals.
Track record
Selected work across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Power, Gas and Marine.
Engineering, procurement, construction and operation of a 20,000 barrel/day crude evacuation facility — processing, loading gantry and gas-truck logistics keeping the client producing through pipeline outages.
Alternate export-crude route from a Delta flow station to an FPSO, cutting losses from pipeline vandalism.
Full-lifecycle asset development of OML 56 — from subsurface evaluation, to workover, to production, to gas monetisation.
Project management for the Eba well re-entry — planning and coordinating the re-entry programme to restore production from the existing wellbore and bring the field back onstream.
Our 1,000 HP rig delivered the workover and re-entry of Otein-1 (OML 142) for the Summit–Sunterra JV, enabling the well to produce over 15 MMSCF/D of gas.
CNG plant of up to 5 MMSCF/D capacity — a virtual pipeline moving gas to market without pipeline infrastructure.
Supply of compressed natural gas to Coca-Cola’s Asejire plant for on-site power generation that keeps production running independent of the grid.
Delivered the conversion of NNPC petrol fleets — Toyota Hilux, Corolla and Hyundai Accent — to AutoGas, cutting fuel costs and emissions while proving CNG as a practical automotive fuel.
Converted a government fleet — Toyota Corolla, Hilux, Highlander and Hiace buses — to AutoGas and established a dedicated AutoGas refuelling station to keep the fleet fuelled.
Logistics of petroleum products from the refineries to the tank farm.

Quality, health & safety
Funtay’s management systems are in line with ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) — holding every project and every crew to the same standard from concept to handover, so clients get consistent delivery and a safe worksite.
Documented procedures and records that keep delivery consistent and meet client, statutory and regulatory requirements.
A managed approach to hazard control, competence and incident prevention that protects our crews and yours on every site.
Regular audits and corrective action drive both systems forward and hold performance to account.
